Our clients include several major publicly listed companies—among them Toyota Motor Corporation, Panasonic, and Canon—which recognize our products for their advanced performance and high functionality. Although we are still a young start-up, we more than tripled revenue last year and have already reached profitability. We aim to list the company on a public exchange by 2030 and will introduce an employee stock-option program to ensure everyone shares in our growth. We are currently setting up a manufacturing facility in Vietnam. Most R&D and production will soon be based there, but periodic business travel to Japan may be necessary, and we welcome candidates interested in longer-term assignments in Japan.
