Rakuten FinTech Vietnam (RFV), was newly established in October 2021 as the subsidiary company of Rakuten Card Co., Ltd., one of the biggest credit card companies in Japan. *RFV is the first overseas development center in Vietnam as Rakuten Group, and main mission is to contribute to FinTech business growth as well as Rakuten Card, through providing FinTech products, services, system development and so forth. *RFV is located in HCMC, and continuously growing along with FinTech business growth.
