Our Benefits

Training

Our training and development regime is the best in the industry, and is geared towards enabling our people to reach their full potential. We focus on making sure Savills people are satisfied with their career and personal development and are able to work well as a team towards achieving our business aims and objectives.

Health Care

The health and wellbeing of our employees is of utmost importance to us. We ensure that all employees are aware of the range of support available to them to maintain their health, as well as the organisation’s commitment to supporting individual needs.

Enhancement

Everyone at Savills works hard to exceed clients' expectations. One of the advantages of a public company, however, is the meritocracy it creates. This ensures that there is a clear path for advancement with individual achievement recognised by increased financial rewards as well as by promotion.

Working space

We offer a hybrid work model where teams can come into the office or work remotely depending on their needs. This model also means that employees can request a flexible schedule such as starting (and then finishing) an hour earlier. Flexible working also means that the office has been reconfigured. Previously, every employee had a dedicated desk but now desks are shared and booked via an app; this creates a spacious, open office that allows for social distancing. The office also has more communal space and areas for collaboration like sharing booths, a lounge, and more meeting rooms.

Employee Engagement

A variety range of employee engagement activities to ensure we work smart and we play hard.
