Spectre A/S is a well-established, family-owned Danish textile company with around 6,000 employees globally. Headquartered in Ikast, Denmark, with a team of 30, the company also operates a sales office in Germany, and owns production facilities in Latvia/Ukraine (400 employees). In Vietnam, Spectre employs approximately 5,500 people across three factories located in An Giang (2,800 employees), Nam Dinh (1,500 employees), and Thai Binh (1,000 employees). The company is planning further expansion, with two additional factories set to open in Vu Doai and Song Tra Industrial Park (Thai Binh) in Q3 2025 and Q2 2026, projected to add 6,500 more jobs. Spectre A/S specializes in the development and production of functional apparel for leading European and American outdoor sports brands. Its products are primarily used for hiking, climbing, skiing, cycling, MTB, running, and hunting, and are known for their technical complexity in both materials and manufacturing. Fabrics are sourced from world-leading suppliers, and all production takes place in Spectre’s own high-tech facilities in Eastern Europe and Asia.
