Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Build and develop online trading process and system in line with the development trend of the market. Developing an Online Transaction System for Customers: creating many utilities, in line with the development trend of the market.
- Coordinate with other teams to create new products to serve convenience for customers.
- Support customers with the procedures to use the service products via non- face –to- face channels.
- Guide and support customers to solve problems in transaction process.
- Perform periodic care activities, establish and maintain relationship with customers.
- Perform authorized operation at call center/ online channels.
- Coordinate with other teams to support customers in the fastest and best way.
- Receive request from customers on online channels (telephone, Zalo, Facebook, webchat, ...) and process information at the request of customers.
- Collect customer information, analyze customer opinions and periodically return information to specialized departments/divisions to adjust activities in operating products/services.
- Implement call campaigns to attract new customers in account opening activity.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Head of Team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Certificate: big/ small certificate in VN Stock Market
- Others: Experience: at least 01 years of experience in Securities.
*English: fluent in writing, listening and speaking.
*Excellent communication skills
*Knowledge: have the knowledge about Viet Nam Stock Market, About the Securities product.
*Good at skills of presentation, teamwork
