• Receive and handle shipments, including booking arrangements, SI and VGM submissions, .... and documentation preparation throughout the shipping process.

• Check freight rates and liaise with overseas agents; participate in logistics association activities both domestically and internationally when required.

• Provide consultation and support to customers in resolving any arising issues until cargo is delivered to the consignee.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure shipment completion.

• Perform tasks as assigned by upper management.

• At least 4–5 years of experience in Customer Service & Documentation within the Shipping/Forwarding industry.

• Experience in working with overseas agents; willingness to go on business trips for meetings and negotiations with customers and logistics associations.

• Ability to work under pressure and provide after-hours support to clients when needed.

• Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
