To handle HCM export shipment
A. To handle HCM BWH shipment
B. To check H/S code
C. To support sales approach to customers
D. Other tasks requested by manager
Detailed job for import:
• Receive document from oversea;
• Submit e-manifest to customs;
• Receive A/N from Airline, Carrier then issue A/N, D/N to customer;
• Make payment to Carrier;
• Pick up D/O from Carrier (if any);
• Receive cash from customer and release D/O to customer;
• To handle further import handling service based on trade term;
Detailed job for export:
• Receive booking order from customer;
• Get booking confirmation from carrier and release to customer;
• Issue document (BL, Cargo manifest, D/N) to customer, etc…;
• Submit S/I, file AFR (if any);
• Check D/N from carrier and make payment to carrier;
Detailed job for BWH:
• Same as details job for import;
• Visit BWH if needed;

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification/ Sales, Marketing skills:
- At least 2-5 years working experience at international logistics company with knowledge in import/ Export (Especially have worked for several Japanese companies is better)
- Must be fluent in writing & speaking English. Efficient communication through phone call in English;
- Good communication, negotiation and marketing skills;
- Having knowledge and update new custom laws and regulations;
Personal Requirements:
- Age from 24-27 years old.
- Be patient, active, responsibilities, hardworking and accurate at work
- Having team work spirit and able to work under high pressure.
- Aggressive, active, confident, independent.
- Well-organized and detailed
- Ability to work under high pressure and strict deadlines
- Honest, passionate, cheerful.
WORKING HOURS & WORK PLACE
• Time of work: 08:00 AM - 17:00PM
(1 hour break for lunch, 5 days/ week and Saturday moring)
• Work place: ALPS LOGISTICS VIET NAM CO., LTD – HCM Branch
