• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure components.

• Monitor and optimize server performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

• Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data redundancy checks.

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure minimal downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in network administration and security.

• Expertise in configuring and managing Fortinet and Juniper firewalls.

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs).

• Familiarity with network hardware (Cisco, HPE, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues under pressure.

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or Juniper JNCIA are a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
