Nhân Viên Kế Toán Tài Chính/ Accountant – Junior Finance Controller

- Kiểm soát chương trình khuyến mại, chiết khấu thương mại, kiểm tra theo quy định thuê (hợp đồng, giải thich cho đội ngũ bán hàng, báo cáo) - Tạo hóa đơn xuất nhập hàng hóa trên hệ thống ERP (Fast) - Lưu trữ hóa đơn xuất nhập thành phẩm, hàng khuyến mại - Theo dõi, ghi nhận hàng trả lại, hàng khuyến mại, kiểm kê tồn kho cuối tháng - Kiểm soát hồ sơ hàng huỷ - Kiểm tra tồn kho thành phẩm cuối tháng trên CPS và Fast - Kiểm tra kỹ hóa đơn VAT đầu vào-đầu ra vào cuối mỗi tháng - Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thanh tra - Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp ********************* - Control the promotion and trade discounts program, checking the deductible taxation (contracts, explanation for the sales team, reporting) - Creating import and export bills of goods on ERP system (Fast) - Store import and export bills of finished products, promotion goods. - Monitor, and record returned products, promotion goods, and check inventory at the end of the month. - Control the dossier of the disposal product. - Checking finished product inventory at the end of the month on CPS and Fast. - Double-check input-output VAT invoices at the end of each month. - Preparing documents for internal and external audits. - Other ad-hoc assigned by direct supervisor.
