1. Undertake the development task of EZVIZ smart door lock project, and implement the sales task of smart door lock according to quarterly and annual targets
2. Develop the distribution channels of EZVIZ smart door locks, and effectively enter related channels including door and window sales, hardware and building materials, and smart home according to the time schedule.
3. Actively carry out market information collection, analysis and feedback, and make appropriate suggestions to adjust channel expansion strategies according to the information
4. Responsible for regular visits and communication with customers, maintain and further develop customer relationships, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with customers, and assist customers in sinking local channels
5. Propagate and implement the latest product and market policies of the headquarters in a timely manner, convey the latest market information, and improve customer operation capabilities
6. Familiar with the company's existing full range of products, responsible for product demonstration and fixing system error if any; responsible for product function demonstration, technical communication, as well as product installation, testing, fixing and solving unexpected problems during and after sales, and provide customers with on-site problem consultation services such as guidance and training
7. Responsible for technical guidance of own products or systems (guidance for installation, guidance for operation), key system and platform operation, trial operation guarantee, capability transfer (technical training) and auxiliary acceptance, etc., to help customers or users to establish a normal operating entity system;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. More than 3 years of relevant experience in the fingerprint lock industry; have channel resources and experience in smart home, smart hardware, IT digital, hardware and building materials, and home improvement and building materials companies.
2. Familiar with regional market conditions and competitor status
3. Have successful project cases and experience
4. Can speak English, if able to speak Chinese at the same time, it is more preferred
