Job description
I. Primary Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Understand potential markets, and trends in the usage of Cristobalite (SiO2) and Hydrated (Ca(OH)2) products to identify business opportunities.
- Prospecting Potential Customers: Reach out to companies, agents, or potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities and build business relationships. Proficient in using Digital Marketing tools: email, Zalo, Google Ads, etc.
- Product/Service Consultation: Provide detailed information about the company's products/services to customers, address inquiries, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery conditions to sign sales contracts.
- Order and Shipment Management: Monitor order progress, arrange shipment of goods from export to import points, ensure completeness of documentation, and comply with export regulations.
- Customer Care: Maintain relationships with current customers, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve service.
- Market Monitoring and Competition: Continuously update information on the market and activities of competitors to adjust business strategies.
- Reporting and Performance Evaluation: Prepare reports on sales volume, profit, and business performance indicators to evaluate and propose improvement measures.
II. Additional Tasks:
- Research and collect data on import-export companies, and companies with purchasing needs.
- Networking: Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.
Job requirements
- Female under 30 years old, with a Bachelor's degree or above in International Business/Logistics/Maritime Transport/Economics.
- Minimum 2 years of international sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and confidence.
- TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent.
- Ability to provide business direction by analyzing market/customer data.
- Understanding of optimal logistics services for customers.
- Weekly team meetings and reporting.
- Achieve profit targets as per KPIs.
