We are seeking EMB Staff to join our Embroidery Department, playing a key role in ensuring precision and excellence in every design. You will review embroidery documents and samples, monitor production quality, and coordinate to resolve issues — ensuring each product meets buyer standards and reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and quality.

Job Description:

• Check all embroidery documents, accessories, patterns, design files, and approved samples to ensure accuracy before bulk production.

• Monitor and control embroidery quality for both in-house and subcontractors to meet buyer requirements.

• Investigate quality issues, summarize reports, and coordinate with production to implement corrective actions.

• Review new styles, identify potential assembly risks, and ensure all samples are reviewed before submission to buyers.

• Join quality meetings to receive and follow up on buyer requirements for each order.

• Ensure embroidery processes comply with buyer standards and support all audits within the embroidery department.

• College or University degree in Embroidery, Design, or related fields.

• Fluent in computer skills; knowledge of Wilcom software is a plus.

• Experienced in embroidery production or related fields.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
