Mô tả công việc
1. 战略支持: 制定人力资源规划,设计各项匹配业务发展需求,协助总经理推进业务战略目标的拆分工作;
2. 成本与合规管控: 制作及审核人力与行政成本及预算,管控用工与采购成本,同时把控劳动风险及用印、合同签署合规;
3. 文化建设: 推动企业价值观落地,组织员工活动;
4. 数据规范管理: 根据集团人力资源中心要求,及时、准确地提交数据、报告等表格至集团总部;
5. 集团管理制度贯彻执行及稽查: 宣导及执行集团发布的各项政策/制度/工作流程等,对有异议的员工进行相关解读并确保员工准确无误理解并执行.
– Job Performance
• Strategic Support: Develop human resources planning, design various plans to match business development needs, and assist the general manager in breaking down business strategic goals.
• Cost and Compliance Control: Prepare and review human resources and administrative costs and budgets, control labor and procurement costs, and manage labor risks and the compliance of seal use, contract signing, etc.
• Corporate Culture Building: Promote the implementation of corporate values and organize employee activities.
• Data Standard Management: Submit data, reports, and other tables to the group headquarters in a timely and accurate manner according to the requirements of the group’s human resources center.
• Implementation and Audit of Group Management Systems: Publicize and implement various policies, systems, and work processes issued by the group, interpret them to employees with objections, and ensure that employees understand and execute them accurately.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. 年龄: 28-35 岁, 形象气质佳,
2. 学历: 人专及以上
3. 5 年以上人力资源经验, 熟悉销售团队, 有 HR 团队管理经验;
4. 熟悉并深入理解人力资源工作, 至少在 2-3 个人力资源模块有扎实的专业功底及丰富实践经验, 有全模块实操经验, 熟悉劳动法相关法律、 法规;
5. 多行业经验, 完整经历过 0-1 体系搭建
6. 具备较强的逻辑能力, 工作有计划性, 具备数据分析能力;
7. 成就导向型, 有极强的责任心、 学习能力和抗压力, 有良好的合作精神;
8. 自驱力、 抗压力和高情商。
9. 精通 excel(数据透视、 vookup 等函数)
– Basic Requirements:
• Age: 28 - 35 years old, with a good appearance and temperament, and at least one year of sales experience.
• Education: Associate degree or above.
• Red Flags: Applicants who have family relationships with company colleagues; those who are found to have concealed or fabricated their education, experience, etc.; and those who are unstable, such as job - hoppers who change jobs twice a year or three times in two years.
– Qualification Background:
• Over five years of human resources experience, familiar with sales teams, and experience in HR team management.
• A thorough understanding of human resources work, with solid professional skills and rich practical experience in at least 2 - 3 human resources modules, full - module practical experience, and familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in multiple industries and the complete establishment of a 0 - 1 system.
• Strong logical ability, work planning, and data analysis skills.
• Achievement - oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, stress resistance, and good teamwork spirit.
• Self - motivation, stress resistance, and high emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.).
