- Prepare C&B planning & analysis reports
- Consolidate monthly department overtime/leave management.
- Manage; update the HR information system/ database.
- Manage and administer the employee labor contracts.
- Prepares and administer all periodical labor reports required by the Government.
- Others job assigned by Managers
- University graduation with major about Human Resources management, Law
- Having experience in Human Resources C&B position in relating field in FDI manufacturing factory is priority
- Deep understanding of Labor Code and relevant regulations in Social Insurance, PIT etc
- Can communicate in English
- Fresh can be accepted
- Good at communication, management skill, problems solving.
- Good at computer skills.
