- Meeting with Sample and technician room for PP meeting of new style internal and customer. - Check first 5 sample of line by approval sample and technical document check material ,sewing method , accessories ,label catch the demand of customer or not give comment for sample and hold meeting together for first 5 pcs output with production team show them the defect points and standard to avoid mistake in series. - Classify the defect, the way to measure the garment according to measure instruction. - Random check passed garment of QC in line - Check the defect of every line and quality issue discuss with production team to solve the problem to reduce the defect rate. Hold the meeting with QC and production line for every new style inform them main defects give them target to reduce. The point must pay attention. - Check and solve give quality standard ,check quantity output of line and QC quantity have any unbalance to catch the shipment schedule in time. - Check and supervise the quality discipline rule. - Take the responsibility for quality preparation for each time customer come to visit the factory go to inline.And quality from 1st to after ship must get standard of each customer. - Take the photos of mistake garment and inform the workshop , need to improve immediately do the report and send to all section to avoid mistake. - Check AQL if have quality issue over rate and decide to rework for final inspection.Report to QA manager to solve immediately the serious quality issue or urgent problem situation. - Report to manager QA working situation , defect rate, ask manager to confirm when have order or style need to rework. - Inform quality demand of customer for QC and workshop and any new changes.

- Experience in garment quality - Ability to read and understand documents and communicate in English - Proficient in computer skills Word, Excel. - Resistant to high pressure at work
