Nhân Viên Quản Lý Vận Hành - Operational Management Officer (Tester)

1.Digital Experience Tester

- Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT) phase as a tester: SOP system testing per approved use cases, raise bug tickets and follow up until it is fixed.

- Consolidate testing results and prepare materials for internal training and communication.

1.2. Subject Matter Expert in Customers' login credentials:

- Manage login credentials and security-related matters, including Amway ID login credentials.

- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.

- Follow up on incidents, investigation, and RCA to permanent fix the issues.

- Prepare work instructions for internal staff regarding above mentioned.

1.3. Digital Experience Operations

- Ensure consistency and clarity in communication materials to effectively convey key messages.

- Be responsible for post training review to ensure effective implementation.

- Design posters and e-communication materials for external communication.

2/ Ensure compliance in all touchpoints of operational principles (SOP)

- Oversee non-inventory stock management (contracts, member cards, business manual…)

- Ensure zero shortage due to unplanned movement and arrangement.

- Review and take actions to enhance the cost efficiency for non-inventory items.

- Support external audit as required.

3/ Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (such as Business Administration, Information Systems, etc.).

- 2 years of working experience in software testing, operations management, and operations excellence.

- Fluency in English is a MUST to work with the Regional IT Team.

- Proven experience in digital testing and verification procedures, preferably in a similar role.

- Great team work and ability to coordinate users with digital system stakeholders.

- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
