Job Description
- Receive purchasing request with appropriately approved from all other departments.
- Search, contact with suppliers to get quotation & negotiate with suppliers about price
- Issue PO, do other relating tasks and follow delivery schedule of suppliers.
- Distribute purchased goods to related department.
- Make monthly payable plan to send to AAD and follow payment for suppliers
- Inventory Management for the goods which we bought from supplier.
- Other duties as assigned from Purchasing manager
Job Requirements
- 2 year experience and knowledge of import and export
- Computer (MS Office), Negotiation, Interpersonal Skill, Analytical, Multi-tasking
- Honest, enthusiastic, attentive and resistant to high pressure
