1. 客户开发与维护

• 处理客户询价，提供运输方案

• 协调操作、单证、财务等部门确保服务流程顺畅。

2. 报价与成本控制

• 根据客户需求向供应商询价，核算成本并制定报价单。

• 监控运价波动、航线变化及市场动态，及时调整报价策略。审核费用明细，确保利润空间。

3. 业务协调与问题解决

• 协调操作团队安排订舱、报关、运输等环节，处理突发问题（如甩柜、改港）。

4. 市场调研

• 关注行业政策（如国际贸易规则、海关新政）、市场竞争动态，提供决策建议

Main Responsibilities:

• Customer Development and Maintenance: Handle customer inquiries, provide transportation solutions, and coordinate with operations, documentation, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth service processes.

• Quotation and Cost Control: Obtain quotations from suppliers based on customer needs, calculate costs, and prepare quotation sheets. Monitor fluctuations in freight rates, changes in shipping routes, and market dynamics, and adjust quotation strategies in a timely manner. Review expense details to ensure profit margins.

• Business Coordination and Problem - Solving: Coordinate with the operations team to arrange booking, customs clearance, transportation, and other links, and handle unexpected problems (such as container dumping, port changes).

• Market Research: Pay attention to industry policies (such as international trade rules, new customs policies), market competition dynamics, and provide decision - making suggestions.

5. 语言能力： 英语熟练（邮件/合同书写、 口语沟通） ， 小语种加分。抗压能力： 适应快节奏工作， 能协调多方解决突发问题。

Basic Requirements:

• Age: 28 - 35 years old, with a good appearance and temperament, and at least one year of sales experience.

• Education: Associate degree or above.

• Red Flags: Applicants who have family relationships with company colleagues; those who are found to have concealed or fabricated their education, experience, etc.; and those who are unstable, such as job - hoppers who change jobs twice a year or three times in two years.

Core Competency Requirements

• Professional Knowledge: Be familiar with international trade terms (Incoterms), freight processes (booking, customs clearance, bills of lading), characteristics of transportation modes, and common risks.
