Non-Life Insurance Product Development Specialist (Insurtech)

1. Participate in the research, analysis, and design, and provide recommendations regarding non-life insurance product services on e-commerce channels.

2. Formulate insurance plans (insurance rights, corresponding fee schedules) based on the needs of partners.

3. Develop and write attractive and easy-to-understand product promotion content to help customers/partners grasp the advantages of digital insurance products.

4. Support the digital sales department in answering customer/partner questions about digital insurance products.

5. Perform other related work as assigned by the department head.

1) Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in insurance, marketing or a related field.

2) Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the insurance industry, with preference given to those with digital experience.

3) Skills:

• Familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).

• Knowledge of property insurance products or the ability to learn quickly.

4) Language: Good English or Chinese language skills.
