Job Description

Our Client, the famous trading company in packaging field with clients aim at B2B industries (such as: garment, FMCG…) Currently, we would like to look for dynamic, active and a trustworthy Northern BD Manager who will be in charge of connecting clients with the fruitful revenue, providing superior customer service across the Vietnam business.

Job description

• Build relationships and perform leading role in communication and coordination with key clients and OEM contacts
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions matched to customer needs to expand services and products in region
• Schedule and report on key performance indicators in combination with regional and Global quarterly business reviews with key customer contacts
• Understand the supply / demand balance, pricing, competitive activity, cost to serve and expand all sales channels
• Co-operation with finance team with after sales process. Assist the packaging development team to interface with customers where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance to all management reporting requirements and monitor work according to company policies
• Maintain and update knowledge on relevant new technology and participate in various professional meetings
• Prepare training & seminars to customer to introduce our product & services, suggest new products…
• Developing services & package for customer.
• Dealing with claims, issues from client
• Others task as request

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree,
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Sales experiences in B2B industries (packaging industry is preferred)
• Good leadership/interpersonal/ presentation skills
• Team management and leaderships skills
