- Responsible for NPI project management for the factory .

- Responsible for communication between China and Vietnam to capture requests from customers and organize sample making at the Vietnam factory.

- Check equipment, materials, and documents related to new products .

- Coordinate with the PM department to set a new model completion date according to customer requirements .

Phối hợp với bộ phận PM ấn định ngày hoàn thiện model mới theo yêu cầu của khách hàng

- Coordinate with relevant departments, monitor and promote sample progress to meet delivery schedule.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan, theo dõi và thúc đẩy tiến độ giao hàng mẫu để đáp ứng tiến độ giao hàng.

- Provide technical guidance to production technicians and operators

• Graduated from University or higher

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên

• Can use Chinese fluently and English basic

- Có thể sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Trung và tiếng Anh cơ bản

• At least 2-4 years of experiences

- Có ít nhất 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí này hoặc liên quan

• Good at Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel

- Giỏi Microsoft Office - thành thạo Excel

• NPI (New Product Introduction) project management

- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án mới

• Proficient in using office software and reading technical drawings

- Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm văn phòng và đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giao tiếp cá nhân tốt để cộng tác hiệu quả với các bên liên quan ở mọi cấp độ

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
