Core responsibilities: • Be responsible for novelty introduction, equipment implementation, production line layouts and Packing of LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam. • Lead daily operations of NPI department on both new production introduction and new platform implementation, according to manufacturing diary, site monthly and annual plans. • Be the owner and responsible for the planning and managing of the NPI department budget. • Drive continuous improvements of production processes and equipment • Execute the projects to increase the factory capacity, replace the production equipment, improvements, transition, etc. • Provide technical and management support to the production capacity management initiatives for the LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam, including layout overall management as well as timely input to site capacity planning process • Actively join & build up global connections boosting best practice sharing and benchmark, which involves networks and communities across sites. • Set the routings to novelties, provide technical support and execute the rollout of new processes for novelty products. • Strive to set example in behavior within people safety/people health and produced quality. • Challenge and improve constructively at all existing processes and behavior.

Do you have what it takes? • Bachelor in engineering, or industrial Engineering would be an advantage • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, 3 years in management level & above • Experience of Project, and actively involved in hands-on trouble shooting • Be able to read drawings, use general analysis / reporting tools • High awareness of stakeholder management and communication • Attention to details, structured and independent with high flexibility What’s in it for you?
