Ocean Customer Service Executive

• Implementing and managing new customer’s profile to ensure that all information is comply with CEVA’s regulation and policy.

• Smoothly managing existing customer.

• Managing and validating export booking request from agents and customers

• Ensure CEVA performance toward customer with Monthly/Weekly customer visiting

• Forecasting export volume

• Key contact with customer, supporting and solving customer’s issue

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:

- Education & Qualifications:

Essential: High school certificate with preference for bachelor’s Degree

Desirable: Major on foreign economic/ economic college is preferable

- Experience: Acceptable knowledge of freight forwarding industry and at least 1 year of experience

- Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Must be able to read, write and speak English

- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to write simple reports, business correspondence, to interact and respond to customers’ questions.
