Ocean Operation Staff

• Handle daily ocean export/import shpts..

• Receive customer’s bookings and book space with shipping lines or co-loaders.

• Release booking conformation to customers and communicate with shipping lines, co-loaders, customs brokers, trucking companies and warehouses to coordinate and resolve operational issues.

• Monitor and strictly manage key U.S. export cut-off times:

SI Cut

AMS Cut

VGM Cut

CY Cut / CFS Cut

• Assist customers or agents in collecting information required for ISF-10 filing.

• Issue B/L to customers, send pre-alert to agent and put the financial data to operation system

• Send D/N to customers for confirmation then request accountants to issue invoices.

• Track shipment status and provide customers with timely updates to ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the accounting department for billing and payment verification.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

- Education: College degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Shipping Management, or related disciplines preferred.

- Experience:

• Minimum 3 year of experience, preferably with exposure to the U.S. trade lane.

• Knowledge of both FCL and LCL export processes is preferred.

- Skills:

• Proficient in preparing MB/L and HB/L for U.S. export shipments.

• Familiarity with U.S. compliance requirements (AMS, ISF, FMC basics).

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, EXW, CIF, etc.).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.

- Language: Good command of written and reading English; able to handle English emails and documentation.
