o Provide administrative support to office and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
o Perform and maintain office & project records and databases.
o Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
o Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
o Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondences.
o Support in HR, bookkeeping and invoicing.
o Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents for boss
o Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
o Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
o Follow up tightly with registration department to get the job done in time.
o Re-check monthly expense after sending it to HO
o Documentation of Import/export
o Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of accountant software/tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Good time management and customer-service orientation
• Mature, initiative, reliability and willing to learn attitude
• No experience required / new graduates are welcome
