Mô Tả Công Việc
- Management of third parties companies including office suppliers, office Building, payroll supplier in order to ensure smooth daily operations
- Periodical reports to be submitted to the authorizes (Tax Bureau; Industry & Trade Bureau; Labor Bureau)
- Various office permits: Office License; Work Permit; Visa; Temporary Resident Card. Liaise with relevant Government bureaus
- Arranging seminar, conference, business trip (hotel, air ticket, car rent ..)
- Regular maintenance for office equipment and arrange repairing services / maintained company
- Purchasing various of goods for office, goods for safety working.
- All administrative requests from Country Manager.
- Control / filling incoming / outgoing email / documents
- Checking bills, invoices and arranging payments for various office expenses, daily petty cash
- Calculating salary, overtime and allowances
- Applying for modification budget when it comes shortage and planning office budget for the next year
- Calculating fees after survey / audit finished and quote when customers need.
- Reminder / collecting debts

- Bachelor’s degree or College’s degree in administration/account
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Age over 25y to 30y
- Salary: from USD 400 to 470
- Sex: Female
