Mô Tả Công Việc
• Assisting HR tasks in tracking of employee’s leave, and preparing relevant documents (if required)
• Assisting the Accounting service in collecting, verifying documents and keeping accounting records to ensure compliance.
• Coordinating with Engineering team during the purchasing process
• Managing general administration works including maintaining office stationery supplies or purchase of other ad-hoc items.
• Working with external parties to manage company IT equipment, office rental, cleaning, pantry, souvenir etc.
• Working closely with Finnish headquarter
• Communicating with local third-party service providers
• Ensuring that the office runs smoothly - organizing, planning and overseeing different projects
• Assisting company directors in various tasks
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese as a working language (written and verbal)
• University/ College Degree in Business Administration or similar area
• Min. 1 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to work independently, great organizational skills and flexibility
• Start to work from February 2023
