Purpose of Position
• This position will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of office layouts, office equipment and office systems.
- Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
- Maintains office staff job results by allocating tasks, coaching, monitoring and appraising their performances.

- University degrees or equivalent.
- Experience in office management including procedures and systems.
- Event/employee engagement organizations.
- Strong communication & ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity & caring.
- Digital tech knowledge.
