You would be involved and responsible for;
- Management of third parties companies including office suppliers, lawyer, office Building, accounting Supplier in order to ensure smooth daily operations
- Recommendation and creation of internal processes to layout the foundation of company growth (internal policies, job description, new hire orientation, payroll, annual leave report…)
- Recommendation, Budget and Recruitment of additional staff to support company growth
- Visa, Work Permit and Travel Management
- Participation to business meeting with Vietnamese Distributor as Personal Assistant & Translator
- Recommendation, Budget and Implementation of measure form a healthy and professional company environment
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in administration/foreign business
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Ability to gather, sum-up and communicate key information
- Desire to get new knowledge, develop and professionally grow
- Proactivity and Ability to recommend solutions for issue
- Excellent organisation skills and time management to be able to cover different functions
- Occasional business trips
