- Draft and distribute business mailings, schedule appointments and prepare document requests.
- Enters information into complex databases of department record, generates reports or outputs as needed.
- Maintains department supplies and inventories; tracks status and maintains or distributes supplies as needed.
- Coordinate, organize, and take minutes at meetings.
- Schedule or obtain use of rooms and sets up rooms and equipment for use.
- Filing documents and store paper records.
- Other HRGA supports as assigned by team leader
