The position coordinates the overall office services function which encompasses office lease and rental, space planning and allocation to staff, cleanliness & housekeeping, office safety & security, courier and mailing, transportation, document delivery and errand services, inventory management of office assets, stocking of office supplies & consumables, repairs and maintenance of office premises and overall facility management.

• Good knowledge of office running and operations;
• Basic understanding of technical drawings of office layout etc.
• Knowledge of planning and budgeting;
• Inventory Management and Control;
• Reporting & writing skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Preferably university degree;
• Satisfactory knowledge of civil works & construction techniques, together with knowledge of maintenance and repairs of housing, and other services;
• Supervisory skills & experience;
• Experience in the use of computers and modern technologies.
