The Officer, Client Service is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for -
• Servicing of clients within Cash Management and Trade service covering both complex and simple product fulfilment to support sales origination activity in addition to activities relating to the day-to-day management of customer enquiries. This role provides the entry point and first experience for new customers and is critical to delivery of new revenue and meeting customer expectations.
• Daily running and management of the Calls and Customers to ensure customer’s call are constantly well managed to resolve customer’s problem in a timely manner within the SLA, meeting customer’s expectations and achieving customer’s delight. This role is accountable for Customer Service excellent performance in terms on delivering excellent customer satisfaction, high call quality, high productivity consistently, religiously logging in customer verbatim and record into the systems and cross-selling activities as required for the business.
• Carrying out activities related to Retail customers and accounts amid the exit of Retail Business in 2017 but several Retail accounts are still maintained with the bank, including handling enquiries from Retail customers and local authorities on their historical transactions/activities.

• Sounds understanding of fundamental working capital solutions products and service.
• Fundamental knowledge of all trade products and all aspects of international trade operations. Should have knowledge of ICC Publications Numbered 458 [E], 600 [UCP], 522 [URC], 525 [URR] and 590 [ISP98]
• Aware of other bank products and how they will interact with the customer. Working with the bank’s sales team to assist them in developing the most effective solution for their prospective customers
• Experience of getting things done within a large organisation, sticking to timelines, having a focus on getting the solution delivered to the client quickly and efficiently, being willing to go the extra mile to make sure things get done
• Sound knowledge of all Institutional Banking products and services
• Well-developed time management and work prioritisation skills
• ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff, demonstrate good PC skills and ability to grasp technical concepts
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform the role effectively under pressure to meet the agreed deadlines.
• Legal requirements and procedures for implementing documentation to ensure that the bank is not exposed to any litigation
• Sound telecommunication and sales skills
