Officer, Digital Marketing

POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketer with a comprehensive understanding of the online marketing landscape. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a wide range of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and growth. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data analysis skills, and a strategic approach to marketing.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Lead Generation (40%)

• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.

• SEO Project Management: Proven track record of managing at least 1 SEO project end-to-end with demonstrable results.

• Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to ensure website optimization for user experience, conversions, and SEO performance.

• Landingpage Builder: Gather briefing from stakeholders and create effective CRO landing page which supports Performance Ads team.

• Third-Party Agency Management: Effectively manage relationships and projects with third-party agencies, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives.

2. Customer Nurturing (30%)

• CRM Management: Work with CRM systems to track customer data, segment audiences, and personalize marketing communications. Participation in a CDP project as a project member is a plus.

• Marketing Automation: Implement automated email campaigns, ZNS, and personalized customer journeys to nurture leads and drive conversions

• Content Creation: Ability to create effective email templates and landing pages via drag and drop tool. Preferer theoretically knowledge with HTML, CSS, JS

3. Data And Automation Workflow (20%)

• Data Management: Collect and analyze data from various sources (website analytics, social media, email campaigns)

• Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or Make.com is a plus.

4. General (10%)

• Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of digital marketing efforts.

• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Essential

- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications or equivalent from

relevant programs;

- Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience required;

- Proficiency in English;

- Experience in education field is an asset;

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and have strong analytical skills to forecast and identify digital

marketing trends and challenges;

- Ability to work independently as well as on a team; and able to perform under pressure;

- Ability to transform data into actionable insight;
