Officer - Human Resources

Main tasks:

- Training and development: to initiate, diversify and enhance training & development programs

- C&B tasks: to support handing monthly payroll, insurance and PIT process

- Others: to support recruitment process, administration and related jobs; to develop, implement and maintain human resources policies in line with Head Office, Regional, Branch strategies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

- University degree

- Good command of English. Japanese is an advantage

- Good skills of communication, reporting & interpersonal

- Detailed-oriented, careful, responsible, honest and hard-working

- A good team player as well as an excellent individual performer

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws

- At least 4 years of relevant HR working experience

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good MS office application
