information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
• Ensure accurate monthly SHUI contribution and on-time payment as regulated by Law
• Manage employee claim and allowance payments from the Government Social Insurance fund
and Company Health care insurance
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee
personal profile
• Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements Assist in drafting and
execution of general C&B policies and procedures
• Handle PIT finalization for local and expatriate individuals
• Conduct onboarding & offboarding program
• Provide quality HR advisory services to internal customers
• Compile regular management reports and provide analysis and recommendations in a timely
manner
• Support the implementation of HR strategies, procedures, and policies
• Assist in Company’s annual events
• Provide administration support such as document scanning, file management, contract
preparation, leave record maintenance, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated,
responsive, and detail-minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, and communicate effectively with internal
and external parties
• Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able
to meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Literate in Microsoft office programs
