1. Service Delivery
• Managing ticketing systems.
• Act as the 1st escalation point to all support calls/service requests.
• Assist the Head of Infrastructure and Security in making decisions that will improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate useful customers’ suggestions into delivery plans and policies.
• Communicate with all parties involved in the service delivery process
• Assist top management in making decisions that will improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Project Coordinator
• Communicate with all parties involved in the service delivery process.
• Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure the timely and efficient execution of infrastructure projects.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies to understand project requirements, identify dependencies, and support the implementation of infrastructure initiatives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project artifacts. Generate and distribute regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Ensure that all parties are informed about project updates, milestones, and changes.
• Task Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project plans. Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying and documenting project risks and issues related to infrastructure components. Support the implementation of mitigation strategies and resolution plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of meeting minutes, and tracking of action items. Ensure that meeting outcomes and decisions are communicated and followed up on.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Address their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring project deliverables and ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Lessons Learned and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to project retrospectives and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance project coordination and execution.
3. Budget monitor
• Monitor ICT Infrastructure & Security budget to ensure projects are running within budget
• Coordinate with the Finance team to provide reports (e.g. Cash Flow Forecast, Expenses report, …)
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Services Delivery/Project Coordinator and/or Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies (e.g., data centers, networking protocols, security principles).
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.
2. Education:
College degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
3. Skills required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving / analytical skills
- Quick learner
- “Can do” attitude.
- Good English/Korean communication and presentation skills, independently
