Officer - Operation Services and Vault Management Department, H.o

1. Support in drafting Cashiering’s policies as assigned:

- Draft policies/ regulations/ procedures related to Cashiering;

- Aware the risks occurrence from cashiering operation as well as proposal on measurement for prevention

- Report related to cash management as required by SBV and IVB.

2. Control of cashiering operations:

- Check on the delivery and receipt, preservation, transport of cash, precious assets and valuable papers;

- Do sample checking on the cashiering operations;

- Timely detect risks that may effect to the safety of cash, precious assets and valuable papers kept in the vault, and propose suitable solutions;

- Perform checking procedure on collection/payment cash, manage the delivery/receive assets and valuable papers in the vault, entering/leaving, opening/closing/locking the vault, management and using of keys in the vault,…

3. Cash balance management (if any):

- Monitor cash limits kept in all BUs;

- Execute function of centralized cash balance management ensuring optimal cost.

4. Tasks relating to deposit product

- Manage the operation of deposit product, products/services at counter (cashiering).

- Propose and set up system, solution used for the operation of deposit product, products/services at counter (cashiering).

5. Others

- Collect Unit’s comments & propose solutions to improve efficiency on Cash management & control;

- Other tasks as assigned by Management.

- University degree in finance and banking, economics, accounting or relevant major;

- At least one-year experience in related position

- Solving proplem and making decision skill

- TOEIC score from 600, IELTS score from 550 or equivalent (English fluency is an advantage
