Mô Tả Công Việc
- Be responsible for demand, supply planning and inventory management for ECB business
- Perform Sales and Delivery Order Management task for ECB business
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Demand, supply planning
- Collect and consolidate forecasts from customers
- Plan and purchase materials to meet forecasts and customer requirements
- Define production’s demands and send orders to the Toller.
Materials management
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) for finished products produced.
- Perform Goods Issue (GI) of raw materials used.
- Conduct the movement of materials in MRP module.
Material master data maintenance
- Coordinate with SPASS coordinator to create new material codes for finished goods and raw materials.
- Regularly review and ensure correctness of master data.
Logistics operation
- Coordinate with Supply chain / logistics service provider for import shipment clearance.
- Follow up shipping documents from suppliers and distribute relevant documents to Toller.
- Ensure the tariff code are recorded.
- Follow up shipments to ensure stock availability for deliveries.
Raw material supply and inventory management
- Monitor and coordinate with Procurement to ensure full delivery as planned; work with relevant teams to prepare contingency plan against shortage or surplus of materials / drum and tanks.
- Track and analyze figures from SAP, actual production status and actual consumption to monitor the materials-inventory level.
- Conduct cycle inventory count and physical count.
- Coordinate with relevant team to settle the differences between system and physical count.
- Propose and co-ordinate to improve inventory levels.
Order management
- Process the orders and ensure the correct data entry.
- Follow up deliveries to ensure no impact on the customer’s production schedules.
- Follow up the customer’s outstanding payments to ensure no order block due to the overdue.
- Create non-conformance request in SAP for any issues relating to deliveries or similar issues arisen from the delivery
Other assignments
- Prepare relevant reports.
- Perform others as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Min 3-year experience in planning or inventory management
- Knowledge of trading process, material and inventory planning and management. Understanding of operation or purchasing process is advantage; Knowledge of ERP – MRP module is preferred
- Good command of English and Computer skills (MS. Office).
