Olmix Plant Care Southeast Asia - Technical Manager

1/ Technical development
• Support global development manager to build plan for testing new products and enrich product data
• Contribute to develop technical database together with internal teams and external partners
• Research and Development for new products in collaboration with global team
• Technical and marketing support to other departments (marketing, regulatory, sales)
• Manage & support with collaborators to design, observe the field trials
2/ Key account management
• Manage existing key accounts under responsibility and support other key accounts on technical aspects
• Prospect, develop and create long-term collaboration with new key accounts
• Consult / negotiate together with area manager with customers regarding sales and new developments possibilities.
• Gather information to supervisor about deviations on applicable guidelines / agreements.
• Resolving complaints (consultation distributor / customer to transfer detail information to supervisor
3/ Follow market developments
• Collecting market data through visits to distributors / clients / exhibitions and consulting professional literature and internet.
• Propose sale price based on market intelligence actions.
• Collects third-party information and compares competing products with own products.
4/ Product promotion
• Apply marketing go to market regarding promotional support needed (product brochures, promotional material, exhibition participation, etc.).
• Assist in training partners team
• Assist in training farmers, dealers and sub-dealers.
• Assist in designing marketing material to adapt company identity to the market
• Attend to technical complaints on product performance.
5/ Reporting
• Weekly, monthly reports to manager lines (territory manager and development manager)
• Work with area manager on the set up a sales forecast for own sub-market, based on management and company targets per distribution network (country province areas levels).
