As an Omni-channel Logistic Head, you will be responsible for leading all delivery related operations across the country.
Your performance would be measured on key parameters such as customer satisfaction, delivery time, last mile delivery reporting and last mile logistics costs. You will be the leader for Fulfillment Center Implementation and Operation.
Leading Fulfillment Center Implementation & Operation
Working with 3PLs to choose the best location for FC & best 3PL to operate FC
Building SOP for FC and follow up SOP application in FC
Building middle mile and last mile solution from FC to Customers
Last mile delivery
Leading last mile delivery of all stores for both Omni Channel and Home Delivery (inhouse & 3PLs).
Enhancing the customer experience from Last mile delivery service.
Take responsible for Last mile delivery cost.
Headcount and Infrastructure planning for Inhouse delivery team.
Mentoring and Controlling daily works of Head of Delivery at stores.
Set up salary & bonus policy for Inhouse delivery team, manage and update in case.
Review current contract of 3PLs to deal better service fee, acquire more 3PLs and maintain their service level agreement.
Keep good relationship with 3PLs and fix any issues in daily operation related to 3PLs services.
Planning and Implementing the project of New Packaging for Omni Channel Business.
Manage all asset & tools related to packaging and delivery, include new purchasing and liquidation.
Liaising with multiple teams like Delivery & Omni Channel at stores, SSC teams (Finance, HR, IT..) for smooth operations.
Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives for Omni Channels Operations.

Theorical knowledges/understanding: good knowledge in Fulfillment Center, Last-mile Delivery, middle mile, Transportation Management System (TMS) and Reporting concepts.
Practical knowledge at work: good knowledge in retail field and Last-mile logistic company is an advance. (Shoppe Express, Lazada Express, Tiki, Ahamove …)

Leadership and Team Management skill.
Social & relationship skills: good interpersonal skill, work well independently and management skill.
Experience: At least 5 years experience of Fulfillment Center and Last mile delivery . Preferable experience in Last-mile Delivery, E-commerce Logistic company
Attitude: Dynamic, hardworking, responsible
Language: good English
Computers skills: Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), Google Sheets.
