Ongoing Reliability Test Engineer (ORT Engineer)

1. Support program team on the product reliability validation 2. Report consolidation and recommendation from test result 3. Recommend the reliability test needed based upon ORT capability 4. ORT issue handling 5. Provide failure analysis for Reliability failure sample 6. Support line trial based upon FPM request and subsequence failure analysis 7. Budget for ORT lab (consumable, PM, calibration) 8. Equipment trouble shooting, in-house maintenance, improvement and ensure calibration 9. ORT lab inventory control 10. Ensure ISO standard conformity of ORT lab

1. Educational background: Bachelor of Science or Engineering 2. Experiences: At least 3 year-experience in quality role of electronic or automotive manufacturing company and at least 1 year-experience in reliability field 3. Skills: Knowledge on Reliability tool (e.g. Weibull, DOE, failure rate calculation and etc…) Knowledge in climate chamber, microscope, measuring machine using and failure analysis Problem solving and communication skill. 4. Others: Fluent in English speaking and writing.
