• Collab with Brand teams for the digital contents, materials, assets development
• Work close with the Ecommerce Commercial Team & Channel Sales Team to develop online marketing calendars & plans as enablers for online business growth of ecommerce & retailer.com
• Lead the digital performance in marketing digital communication channels and ecommerce
• Analyze & Improve the digital performance, online media budget and expected brand ranking.
• Control the deployed Digital marketing budget and ensure the KPI, ROI of the spending.
• To execute ad-hoc projects as requested by BOD.
• To take other assignments from BOD.
• A minimum of two up to five years of experience in online marketing
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Youtube, EC onsite marketing tools, etc.
• Strong analytical skills a must
• Ability to work independently as well as to engage & cooperate well in a team
• Excellent project management skills
