Job Description
- Coordinate to prepare and check internal and external partners/customer’s agreement and amendment
- Working closely with 3PLs (Third party logistics) company to ensure quality of OBS operation
- Working closely with Payment Gateway agency to ensure the security of transaction in OBS
- Coordinate to align the Global UI/UX concept of OBS website system to apply in VN
- Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through OBS development and management.
- Expand the relationships with existing partners and customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their and company objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to partners/customers in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on purchase orders and back-end operation of OBS website.
- Coordinate and support to OBS Manager and OBS Supporting all office administration
- Prepare regular report on delivery status and order management
- Serve as the link of communication between internal and external teams
- Other tasks as directed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business management or related majors.
- Proficient in Business English communication is a must.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Open mind to learn and experience new things
- Strong communication, build good relationship with others.
