Effective support of the wider organisation recommending and championing digital solutions in support of business objectives.

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs ensuring that application strategy aligns with business strategy.

At least 10 years’ experience in the same or similar line of work.

Bachelor degree holder.

Excellent service mind, communication skills and fluency in speak English.

Be genuinely interested in the business of consumer electronics.

Experience of leading digital transformation programmes.

Effective project management skills are needed for overseeing and coordinating digital transformation initiatives.

Able to communicate difficult concepts in a concise and clear way and build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Open to working with data, utilize analytics to assess the impact of digital initiatives.

Must have the ability to identify opportunities that would use digital technologies to get a competitive advantage.

An in-depth understanding of market dynamics, business operations, and customer insights is needed.
