Online Enforcement Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring of IP infringements on online platforms in region.

• Report infringing advertisements, websites or social media accounts to the respective online platform for takedown NTD's (Notice-and-Takedown requests).

• Prepare periodical reports of achieved results and trends on the monitoring activities to pass on to the lead and/or IP owners.

• Share your analysis and selection of relevant online and evaluate potential follow up actions.

• Direct communication with the member-companies, and platforms.

• Daily communications and meetings with colleagues and partners from other units of the organization (in English); and with online platforms from different countries.

• Assist other online analysts and account managers with various tasks, including data entry, research and test purchase.

Must have:

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Required language: English

Good to have:

Prior knowledge and experience of Intellectual Property rights
