- PLANNING & IMPLEMENT: Making and implementing Media communication plan for branding, marketing, and promotion campaigns of Big C/ GO Hypermarket! to promote business activities, increase sales revenue.
- INCREASING AWARENESS: Responsible for increasing brand awareness through communication and marketing campaigns.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities include, but they are not limited:
- PLANNING: Planning and communicating ideas, implementing methods for brand communication, marketing and promotion campaigns of the Big C/GO! (marketing campaign)
- PREPARE CONTENT & VISUAL: Compose content, design images, research and consider effective channels for this advertising campaign.
- CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT: Exploiting and developing Media channels: Facebook, Website, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- OPTIMIZATION: Understand the technical regulations of each digital channel to optimize content, images and advertising quality
- COORDINATION: Coordinate with related departments & partners to produce images, videos, ... suitable for each different project, event, advertising campaign.
- MORNITORING: Track and monitor the effectiveness, statistics and analysis of advertising data to make reasonable adjustments to increase efficiency.
- REPORT: Report on implementation results, suggest development/ improvement of advertising campaigns.
- TIMIMG & BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Manage and check the project, budget according to the approved plan to ensure the progress and quality of the advertising campaign.
- PERIODIC REPORTS: Prepare periodic reports
- UPDATING: Regularly update user insights as well as changes in digital media to re-adjust and optimize marketing strategies.
- PARTNERSHIP: Maintain partnerships with Digital Marketing agencies
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors

Functional knowledge & experience:
- Graduated from University with major in Marketing, Online Marketing, Brand Management and related disciplines..
- 3 -5 years of solid digital marketing and communication experience.
- Experience in FMCG and retail is preferred.
- Creative passion, aesthetic thinking, and good ideas
- Ability to exploit the Internet and update market trends
- Skilled in managing, planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring communication campaigns.
- Good analytical skills.
- Speak and write Vietnamese and English very well.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analyzer and webmaster TooL, and Photoshop proficiency is an advantage.
Functional skill:
- Ability to create content, love writing, good communication and presentation.
- Having extensive knowledge and experience in using digital tools and digital communication channels.
- Understand the basics of Marketing. Has good strategic thinking and analytical thinking.
Managerial skill:
- Good communication skills.
- Possess good time management and organizational skills.
Other skills:
- Customer-centered attitude.
- Good teamwork skills, able to work under high pressure
- Creativity and innovation capacity.
