AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy “Customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
We are developing 01 shopping mall in Hue. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Operation Deputy Manager.
- Working location: AEON MALL Hue, số 8 Võ Nguyên Giáp, An Đông, Huế
- Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM) per week)
- Report to: Japanese General Manager
Job summary: Manage overall operation of shopping mall; control quality of operation activities (building management, training and accounting) to ensure a safe shopping mall with excellent service quality.
Detailed job description:
1. Manage all tasks of shopping mall operation of 3 Sections (Administration & Training, Facility & Security, and Accounting) (30%);
+ Functions of Administration & Training: Ensure smooth functioning and operation of the shopping mall by covering Administration, Tenant data Management and Customer Service Management of shopping mall.
+ Functions of Facility & Security: Control & implement facility, security and cleaning management work according to mall standards to assure a clean and safety shopping mall environment to customers.
+ Functions of Accounting: Ensure tenant's sales reports are fully and exactly recorded. Collect tenant fees fully and correctly and support tenants to reach target.
2. Formulate annual Operation plan/strategies and manage budget to comply with company/department policy (20%);
3. Manage service quality provided by contractors/suppliers to make sure they follow contract terms and conditions and meet AEONMALL's qualified standards (15%);
4. Handle tasks related local government and authorities (If any) (10%);
5. Formulate manpower development plan to comply Company requirement (10%);
6. Be coordinator with both internal and external departments (10%);
7. Other tasks as assigned by General Manager (5%)
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, Finance or related fields.
2. Have 10 years of experience in Customer service, Operation, Project management or related fields.
3. Have management skill and experience: team management, budget management...
4. Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
5. Have good teamwork spirit.
6. Willing to work in shift
