Operation Docs cum Customs Clearance

• Export Shipment Handling (Sea/Air): Manage the entire export process, including

booking with shipping lines/co-loaders, issuing HB/L, and submitting SI, VGM.

• Rate Verification & Quotation: Check Ocean Freight, Customs, Trucking rates, and provide

quotes to agents and customers.

• Customs Clearance: Handle import/export customs clearance (Sea/Air/FCL/LCL), submit

declarations via VNACCS, and guide customers through procedures.

• Document Preparation: Prepare and submit required export documents (SC, CIPLs, B/L,

CO, etc.) to Customs and Quatest Center.

• Trucking Arrangement: Organize trucking for cargo pickup/delivery.

• Problem Solving: Address any issues related to import/export activities.

• Reporting: Maintain shipment data, input into EDI, and report to the manager.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role handling customs clearance and export documentation for Sea/Air cargo.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of customs regulations, experience with VNACCS system, excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Languages: Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Proactive: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Independence: Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
