Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Maintain and verify accurate records and databases.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.

• Work closely with overseas stations, agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation software.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 - 17:30 (including a 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00)

• Saturday: 8:30 - 13:00
