MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Ensure effective execution of daily operational activities, including shipment handling, warehouse & logistics coordination, inventory control, and documentation, while providing necessary sales administrative support to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Operations (Core Scope)
- Handle shipment operations
- Monitor, track, and update shipment status, delivery schedules, and related operational data in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform inventory control, inventory movement tracking and assist in internal reconciliation when required
- Oversee the demand and supply planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics & other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery execution
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency
* Sales Administration (Supporting Scope)
- Coordinate and follow up sales orders from order receipt to delivery completion
- Act as backup support for Sales in handling customer inquiries when required
- Maintain and update accurate customer information and transaction history in the system
* Document & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales-related reports for management
- Ensure proper document filing and control (hard copy and soft copy) to ensure traceability and audit readiness
*Ad hoc tasks: assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with forwarding companies or shipping lines is preferable
- Have experience in the logistics industry
Skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- High attention to detail; well-organized and responsible
- Strong teamwork, planning, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Behavior & Attitude
- Self-motivated with positive mindset and teamwork spirit
- Quickly responding to operational issues
- Willing to work overtime when work is required
